Join us as we select 10 teachers to participate in the Region 5 ESC hybrid WeTeach_CS Secondary Certification Hub: CS 8-12 Pathway for a well-designed professional learning experience to prepare you to take and pass the TExES 241 8-12 Computer Science Certification Exam.

NOTE:

You must be an inservice Texas teacher to apply.

Program Timeline:

February 2026 - February 2027

All applications must be accompanied by an Administrator Letter of Support. The letter, signed by your campus principal, must endorse your participation in the Region 5 WeTeach_CS Secondary Certification Hub: CS 8-12 Pathway including a commitment to support the growth of computer science in your district.
